Full brown noise rising over eight seconds and falling over six in a 21-second cycle

Slow Swell is the slowest cycle in the collection: a deep rumble that takes eight seconds to build, eases slightly, holds for five, then falls away over six before starting again. It feels like a distant tide, or a very large machine breathing once every twenty seconds.
The color is full brown at 4 with no EQ, pulse or filtering. The envelope loop attacks over 8 seconds, decays over 2 seconds to a 60 percent sustain, holds for 5 and releases over 6, for a cycle of 21 seconds, just under three swells a minute. The long attack is what keeps it from ever feeling abrupt.
It is used for sleep and for slow breathing practice at a very relaxed pace. Distant Thunder in the nature category is the same brown color with a fast attack and a much shorter cycle, and Deep Sleep gets a similar slow motion from a pulse rather than an envelope.
