Pink-warm noise at 3.2 in a six-second inhale and exhale envelope with a slow swell

Breath Work rises and falls like a slow, deliberate breath: two seconds in, a short hold, and a longer release out. It sounds like someone breathing calmly through a mask, or a bellows worked patiently, and it is meant to be followed rather than ignored.
The color is 3.2, just warmer than pink. The envelope loop attacks over 2 seconds to full level, holds for 1.5 seconds and releases over 2.5, giving a six-second breath cycle, ten breaths a minute. A sine pulse at 0.1 Hz adds a slower ten-second swell so no two breaths are quite the same. Grey EQ is off.
It is used for paced breathing, meditation and settling before sleep. Breathing in the textured category is the same envelope at 3.5 without the extra pulse, and Breathing Room layers three breathing voices of different lengths with reverb. Many people use it as a five-minute reset between tasks rather than as a long background sound.
