Noise at 3.5 shaped into a six-second breath, two seconds in and two and a half out
Preview plays right here. The generator adds a sleep timer, full controls, and WAV export.
Breathing is a steady, calm breath rendered in noise: it rises for two seconds, pauses briefly at the top, and eases out over two and a half. It sounds like a sleeper breathing slowly beside you, or a bellows worked at a resting pace, and it invites you to fall into step with it.
The color is 3.5, midway between pink and brown, and there is no pulse or filtering. The envelope loop attacks over 2 seconds to full level, holds for 1.5 seconds and releases over 2.5, giving a cycle of exactly six seconds, ten breaths a minute. Grey EQ is off, so the tone is left natural.
It is used for paced breathing and for settling into sleep alongside a partner who is already asleep. Breath Work in the experimental category is the same envelope at 3.2 with an extra slow swell, and Breathing Room spreads three breathing voices across the stereo field.
