Focus Zone is a balanced, even hush a lot like the ventilation in a quiet library: present enough to cover conversation two desks over, but with no harsh top end that would tire you out. Grey EQ makes it feel evenly loud from bass to treble rather than weighted to either end.
The color sits at exactly 3.5, halfway between pink and brown, and grey equalization is enabled. There is no pulse and no envelope; the level is constant once the three-second fade-in completes. It is deliberately plain so it can run for hours without drawing attention to itself.
This is the default for many people starting a work block. Deep Work is nearly identical but sits a touch brighter at 3.4, and Theta Meditation uses the same color and EQ with a ten-second fade for a gentler start. If you find yourself adjusting it, the color slider is the first thing to move.
